Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Cancellation Policy * Fork+Band Slingshot, 99 Main St. Bristol, CT 06010. Reservations: 1. To secure a reservation for slingshot shooting activities at F+B, full payment is required at the time of booking. 2. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed until payment is received. 3. Reservation times are fixed, and late arrivals may result in reduced activity time. No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals. *Cancellation Policy:* We distinguish between Standard Events, which recur in our calendar and Special Events, including private functions such as birthday parties or Team Building events. 1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled Standard Calendar activity date will receive a full refund. Cancellations for Standard Events with shorter notice than 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. For Special Events, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the Special Event activity date will receive a full refund. Cancellations for Special Events with shorter notice than 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. 2. No-shows and participants arriving late without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ForkPlusBandSlingshot@yahoo.com or through the reservation system. *Weather-related Exceptions:* 1. F+B reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. If F+B cancels an activity due to weather or other reasons, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. *Participant Responsibility:* 1. It is the participant's responsibility to check and monitor weather conditions leading up to the scheduled activity. 2. No refunds will be provided for participants who choose not to participate due to personal reasons or discomfort with weather conditions that do not lead to activity cancellation byF+B. *Reservation Transfer:* 1. Reservations are non-transferable. The individual named on the reservation must be the participant. *Policy Acknowledgment:* By making a reservation with F+B, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this strict reservation and cancellation policy.
